Kelly Hernandez Urquilla

Kelly Hernandez Urquilla is a Bilingual Program Specialist, Family Law and Immigration for the D.C. Bar Pro Bono Center’s family law and immigration programs. In this role, she conducts intake on clients and communicates with our partners in the Family Law Assistance Network and assists in managing the quarterly Immigration Legal Advice & Referral Clinic.

Prior to joining the D.C. Bar Pro Bono Center, Kelly was a program coordinator at the Greater Washington Urban League, where she worked as a case manager for the Emergency Rental Assistance Program and the Utility Assistance Program.

Kelly graduated from the University of the District of Columbia in 2022 with a bachelor’s in political science and a concentration in global studies. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
