Ana Zaragoza Scoular

Ana Zaragoza Scoular is the 家庭 Law Staff Attorney with the D.C. 酒吧公益中心. 在这个角色中, she represents parents and caregivers through the 家庭 Law Assistance Network, mentors pro bono attorneys through our 宣传 & 正义的诊所, and develops and leads family law trainings.

Prior to joining the 公益性服务 Center, Ana worked as a staff attorney at Children’s Law Center, serving as a guardian ad litem in custody cases and representing clients in 住房 条件 Court and education matters in the District of Columbia. Ana was a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Robert A. Salerno in the Domestic Relations Branch of D.C. 高等法院.

在法学院期间, Ana was a student attorney at Disability Rights Law Clinic, a law clerk at Children’s Law Center, an extern at Legal Aid DC , and an intern at AARP’s Legal Counsel for the Elderly. Prior to law school, she taught in a bilingual school through Teach for America in D.C. Public Schools and served as the D.C. 酒吧公益中心’s Bilingual Intake Coordinator.

Ana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and International Relations from the University of Virginia and a Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law.

 Ana is fluent in English and Spanish.
